To make Korker ribbon you need dowels, clothes pins, water and starch. Take ribbon and wrap around dowels and secure with clothes pins. douse ribbon with water and spray starch. Bake in oven 25 minutes at 275. Wait to cool and then slide ribbon off of the rod.
